Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems to support cross-functional business initiatives, enterprise process improvements, and SAP-related transformation activities across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business teams, Business Process Integration, and Master Data Management by helping organize, document, coordinate, and support enterprise process and system-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities while helping drive structure, accountability, and visibility across projects and operational initiatives. This position plays an important role in supporting business process enhancements, change requests, system improvements, and enterprise governance activities. The role will work closely with the Senior Business Process Integration Manager and Master Data Management to support new business processes and sustainable operational execution across the company. What You’ll Do:

• Support cross-functional business initiatives, system enhancements, and operational improvement efforts across enterprise teams.

• Coordinate meetings, project activities, follow-ups, and documentation related to transformation and process improvement initiatives.

• Gather, organize, and document business requirements, operational pain points, and process improvement opportunities from stakeholders.

• Assist in facilitating communication between business teams and technical resources.

• Support intake and tracking of change requests, enhancement requests, and process improvement initiatives.

• Create and maintain process documentation including business requirements, training materials, and process maps.

• Help support onboarding and implementation activities for new business tools, system enhancements, and operational capabilities.

• Partner with business teams to document current-state and future-state business process workflows.

• Assist with impact analysis, testing coordination, user validation activities, and process readiness efforts for system or operational changes.

• Support enterprise master data governance initiatives by coordinating information gathering, process documentation, and business alignment activities.

• Monitor action items, project deliverables, and follow-up activities to help ensure accountability and visibility across initiatives.

• Support organizational change management activities including training coordination and user adoption efforts.

• Maintain organized records and documentation aligned with audit, compliance, and operational governance standards.

• Performs all duties in accordance with safety, quality, and USDA rules and regulations.

• Other duties as assigned or necessary.

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations support, process improvement, ERP support, or related business functions.

• Experience working within ERP or enterprise business systems environments (SAP experience preferred).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to gather and document business requirements, meeting outcomes, and operational processes clearly and accurately.

• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience supporting business process improvement, operational projects, or system-related initiatives preferred.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and related business collaboration tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary Range: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 annually + benefits + bonus
