  • Collaborative Alignment: Perform all activities under the direct guidance of the business management teams. Support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature, acting as a trusted operational interface with remote international stakeholders.
  • Local Team Mandate: Take an active and driving role in local initiatives to develop the mission and purpose of the Local Team (Airbus Portugal). Contribute significantly to the centralization of business management activities, lead efforts to standardize processes across all internal customers, and champion the optimization of ways of working by actively applying lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

    • Background: Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or a demonstrated equivalent track record in business analysis, data management, or operational tracking.

    • Languages: Fluent English is a must. French, German, or Spanish is a plus.

Benefits - what’s in it for you

    • Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.
    • A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.
    • A modern office at Parque das Nações, well connected to public transportation.
    • A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together.
