• Identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements

• Subject matter expert in the areas of output management, physical and electronic archives as well as incoming and outgoing mail. Long-term goal is to set up a central contact point for Business, Operations and IT

• Promoting changes in the ECM field in line with business requirements

• Coordinating the «Enterprise Content Management» business processes with IT and Operations

• Step-by-step implementation of use cases with front office, IT and Operations on the basis of the global vision

• Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the ECM sector, or a strong foundation in a related field through education or internships would be a plus

• Tech degree or equivalent qualification

• Excellent foundational knowledge of data structure conception and management, interfaces, and technical process management, with a desire to continue learning and growing

• Conceptual leadership potential on the topic, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities

• Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills

• High level of motivation and willingness to get involved

• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

• Fluent English and German language skills (oral and written)
