We're seeking someone to join our team as a Team Specialist in Client Onboarding Regulatory Data Services -Transformation dept to drive enterprise data strategy, including data centralization, quality management, governance, distribution, analytics, and AI-led process transformation that enables better business outcomes, operational efficiency, and risk management.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within Change, Analytics & Strategy, which is responsible for developing operating and technology strategies, managing and executing transformation initiatives, leading Agile fleet activities, driving innovation, developing analytics solutions and delivering business outcomes.

What you'll do in the role:
Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes
Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognize risks and draw out key issues
Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation, and project contribution.
Shape and prioritise the Data Quality Squad roadmap across governance, remediation, automation, reporting, and preventive controls.
Analyse data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable, risk-based solutions.
Define data quality controls, rules, and monitoring requirements with stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and translate complex business problems into clear solution requirements.
Implement governance frameworks covering metadata, ownership, stewardship, lineage, and operating procedures.
Maintain controls, evidence, and documentation aligned with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements.
Manage data quality rule onboarding, migration, optimisation, testing, deployment, and lifecycle activities.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality through AI, analytics, and automation.
Plan UAT, develop test scenarios, coordinate cross-functional testing, and manage defects.
Validate solutions against business requirements and support implementation readiness, training, and change management.
Define KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and management reporting.
Analyse trends, coverage, control effectiveness, and remediation outcomes to inform decisions and priorities.
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, and put forward challenging views to senior levels
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities

Ability to identify opportunities to transform business processes through AI, automation, and analytics
Understanding of Client Reference data and / or KYC data/ data governance/ data quality frameworks/ metadata management/ data ownership principles
Strong understanding of data quality, governance, metadata, and controls.
Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional Operations and Technology teams.
Experience in leading large-scale operations transformation programmes end to end.
Experience in automation delivery with measurable outcomes, including higher STP, capacity savings, defect reduction, or stronger controls.
Practical proficiency in Power BI, UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Alteryx, Python, or SQL.
Ability to translate automation opportunities into business cases with measurable ROI.
Experience building and scaling citizen-developer capability.
Ability to manage onboarding data, documentation, audit evidence, regulatory deadlines, business demand, and platform stability.
Clear verbal, written, and presentation skills, including senior-management reporting.
Ability to facilitate diverse stakeholder groups with diplomacy, assertiveness, and focus.
