Join a forward-thinking team at the heart of our data transformation journey. As a Senior Business Analyst in our Data Delivery team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how data is managed, governed, and leveraged across the firm—driving smarter decisions, operational efficiency, and innovation.

About the Role
You’ll work across business and technology teams to analyse processes, gather and define requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality data products. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis: you’ll be instrumental in designing and optimising data flows, supporting data mapping requirements, ensuring robust data governance, and supporting the full data management lifecycle. From strategic discovery work to hands-on delivery support, you’ll help ensure our data initiatives are aligned with business needs and deliver real value.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and optimise business processes, with a focus on how data is captured, transformed, and consumed across the firm.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit both business and technical data requirements.

  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for data products, including data quality, security, and compliance needs.

  • Support delivery teams with clear acceptance criteria and robust documentation to ensure traceability and quality assurance throughout the data lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with data specialists, engineers, and product owners to shape data product roadmaps and deliver solutions that enable better decision-making.

  • Enable change and user adoption through collaboration, creating user journeys and supporting business change initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships across IT, business functions, and legal practice groups to ensure alignment and shared outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years’ experience in business analysis, ideally in legal, professional services, or similarly regulated sectors.

  • Demonstrable experience working on data-centric projects, including data ingestions, data governance, and data quality initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for data-driven improvement.

What We Offer

  • Office in an attractive location- right now we’re a team of about 100 people. - Need to drive in? We've got shared parking spots available

  • Mostly remote—just coordinate with your team to find what works best

  • Get an extra 6% on top of your monthly base salary to spend how you want—whether it’s for wellness, learning, investments or other perks

  • Enjoy a daily meal allowance of €8.50 for every day you work—fully covered by us

  • Extra days off to help you recharge

  • Life assurance to support your loved ones if the unexpected happens

  • Get up to 20 days off with full pay for sickness or caring for dependents
