Provide operational support to account team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of real estate by leveraging CoStar Real Estate Manager.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all technology or analytics related inquiries or complaints within CoStar, verify problem, and take the necessary corrective action
- Complete in-system configurations as requested by service line leadership
- Manage user access requests and configure appropriate security rights
- Audit users and associated permissions to remain compliant with SOC II requirements
- Remain knowledgeable regarding business practices of account’s service lines including transaction management and lease administration
- Develop custom reporting to be utilized by both internal and client teams
- Collaborate with service line leadership and PowerBi teams to leverage CoStar to produce meaningful insights through data
- Project manage any integrations into CoStar to ensure successful and timely delivery
- Develop and document SOPs related to the appropriate utilization of CoStar and business practices
- Engage and develop effective working relationships with both internal and client leadership
- Assist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators and performance against service level agreements
- Partner with C&W technology platform to understand latest CoStar product offerings and best in-class application management
- Perform tasks with minimal supervision

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $51,000.00 - $60,000.00
