How You Will Make an Impact:Lead end-to-end business analysis for Corporate lending initiatives, including system upgrades, regulatory changes, and process improvements
Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT
Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and dashboards to support project delivery and performance tracking
Analyze data, identify root causes, and deliver insights to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability
Support incident resolution, change management, UAT activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
Promote risk awareness, contribute to risk assessments and audits, and support business continuity planning
Continuously identify opportunities for process and solution optimization
3 years of experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and deliver actionable insights
Familiarity with Corporate lending systems, products, and regulatory environments, especially within the Baltic region
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and dashboard/reporting platforms
Ability to manage end-to-end project activities including UAT, change management, and incident resolution
Understanding of risk management principles and experience supporting audits and compliance processes
Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams and present complex information clearly
Experience working in agile environments, with a strong grasp of agile principles, ceremonies, and collaboration practices
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
Gross salary. 3,490 - 5,230 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
