The Role:
We are seeking a Business Analyst for a project-based assignment in Los Angeles County. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven track record in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
What you will do:
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Work closely with the UX team, engineering, and QA to ensure that product requirements are met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Write product requirements independently and work with the team to ensure their successful implementation.
- Utilize JIRA Software to track progress and communicate with team members.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience gathering and documenting BRDs or creating user stories.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA Software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to Haves:
- Salesforce experience
- Healthcare or real estate experience
Work Schedule:
Hybrid model – 2 days onsite per week in Los Angeles County
