Business Analyst - Content Management Systems

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at MSIG USA. As a Business Analyst, you will primarily focus on business process management, workflow optimization, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and improving business processes, implementing workflow solutions, and managing enterprise content. Familiarity with Laserfiche is highly desirable but not required.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to business process management, workflow, and ECM systems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Develop comprehensive business process models and workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Design and implement solutions to streamline and automate business processes, leveraging appropriate workflow tools and technologies.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on workflow systems and ECM tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, identifying opportunities for further enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of workflow and ECM systems with existing infrastructure.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business process management, workflow automation, and ECM technologies.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the P&C insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems required
• Experience in analyzing and improving business processes, preferably with a focus on insurance operations.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in process modeling and workflow design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with Laserfiche is a plus.
