We hire top-notch talent to develop and launch compelling, inventive communications campaigns, leveraging the latest technology and digital media strategies that enable our clients to meet their audiences where they are.
We’re proud to say we’ve built a team of curious, passionate pros — from marketers and tech wizards to designers and strategists — who love what they do and bring their A-game every day. That's where you come in. We’re looking for a Business Analyst Consultant to help manage small technical projects and coordinate across teams to uncover meaningful business insights across a variety of industries. In this role, you’ll blend analytical thinking, business curiosity, and strong communication skills to deliver impactful reporting, dashboarding, and ad-hoc analysis that drives smarter decisions, while also helping shape internal data strategies and best practices.

Here’s the work you’ll do:
Essential Functions:
- Integrate into a team that delivers successful projects involving market research and discovery, program evaluation (especially training programs), and data analysis and reporting.
- Own the business (non-technical) aspects of complex data products (e.g., dashboards, reports, automations), including strategy development, schedules and dependencies, requirements gathering, refinement, client delivery, and reporting.
- Help design evidence-based strategies and plans for complex data projects and present them to internal and client audiences.
- Produce first drafts of presentations, reports, graphs, and documentation; solicit and incorporate feedback from senior analysts to arrive at a finished, client-ready product.
- Use Excel to analyze a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data, including creating pivot tables and graphs, writing key takeaways, and translating findings into recommendations.
- Distill and present technical concepts in easy-to-understand language for unfamiliar audiences.
- Identify and address opportunities to increase project team efficiency and impact through technology solutions, especially artificial intelligence (AI).
- Uphold high standards for data quality, reporting integrity, and project management.
