About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive enterprise-wide business and digital transformation initiatives through data-driven insights, process improvements, customer experience redesign, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective solutions, influencing stakeholders across the organization, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving transformation across Operations, including AI adoption, governance, organizational change, and value realization initiatives.
Experience in AI, Generative AI, automation, or analytics-related projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.
• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and other project documentation.
• Drive transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation and benefits realization.

Transformation Leadership & Strategic Initiatives

• Own and drive enterprise-wide transformation outcomes across multiple Operations functions.
• Lead end-to-end customer experience redesign initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI, Generative AI, automation, and digital capabilities to support business transformation objectives.
• Support the adoption and implementation of AI and digital transformation initiatives across Operations.
• Establish and monitor transformation roadmaps, success metrics, value realization, and performance outcomes.
• Support organizational change activities to drive stakeholder adoption and sustainable business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to align objectives and deliver outcomes.
• Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions to build consensus across stakeholders.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business functions to achieve transformation objectives.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders to identify opportunities and remove barriers to successful delivery.

Insights & Strategic Support

• Analyse business processes, operational performance, and data trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable recommendations that support strategic planning, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to the evaluation and prioritisation of business improvement opportunities and investment decisions.
• Develop data-driven insights and business cases that support executive decision-making.

Solution Delivery, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements where required.
• Promote best practices in business analysis, process improvement, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Champion the adoption of tools, methodologies, and innovative approaches that improve business outcomes.
• Support transformation governance activities, including progress tracking, reporting, risk management, and benefits realization.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, PMP, or related credentials will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Project Delivery, Operations Excellence, or related disciplines, with proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business requirements, and drive strategic outcomes.
• Proven track record in business process transformation, operational improvement, digital initiatives, or enterprise-wide change programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical and scalable solutions.
• Experience leading requirements management, business process analysis, solution design, and implementation activities across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other business analysis or reporting platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discussions, build consensus, and drive decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting or delivering AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives will be a strong advantage.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality delivery and business impact.
• Proven ability to mentor team members and promote best practices in business analysis and continuous improvement.
