For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
- Develop, enhance, and maintain projects, business initiatives, and analytical models
- Support short and long term operational and strategic business activities
- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
- Performs complex conceptual analyses
- Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
- Design, execute, and maintain data models and analytics used for forecasting and tracking performance of ACES programs
- Extract, analyze, and aggregate data from multiple sources and interpret quantitative data to review and guide recommendations
- Perform data mining and analyses that impact foundational pricing and risk assumptions
- Communicate the results of your work in a meaningful way to internal stakeholders
- May lead functional or segment teams or projects
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience (e.g., program evaluation, data analytics, data science, higher level data-related coursework)
- 1+ years using SQL to extract, transform and load data
- Proven aptitude for and facility with change management and care transformation processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in consultative skills when addressing complex inquiries from clients, vendors, and customers
- Willing and able to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- BI Tools: Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI for reporting
- Demonstrated solid interpersonal and client service skills
- Demonstrated to be an analytical thinker with ability to perform root cause analysis, prepare and implement action plans, and lead initiatives
- Demonstrated excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to recognize interdependencies of process and how changes impact overall integration efforts
- Demonstrated ability to create, refine, and manage new business processes; demonstrated business expertise
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively at both detail and big-picture levels and to drive projects forward
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to maintain open and clear communication with teammates, clients, and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and autonomy; flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing, and evolving work environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
