How you will make an impact:
- Evaluate, prioritize, and scope request for business solutions, CRM change or new functionalities.
- Covering the Japan & Asia Pacific region (JAPAC).
- Assess existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive adoption of system capabilities, both existing and new.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
- Communicate and interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Assist in training of new users as well as provide refresher training for existing users.
- Perform other incidental duties as required.
What you'll need (Requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Commercial Operations and/or CRM domain.
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement at all levels is required.
- Experience as SalesForce.com administrator.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.com Certification, Sales, Service, Marketing and Communities Cloud

- Deliverables are structured into projects, you will be comfortable with ownership, working with timelines and making judgements on effort
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
- Fluency in written and spoken English preferred.
- We practice the SCRUM framework in our partnership with IT on the development of system capabilities, experience working within the SCRUM framework is a bonus.
