We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with our client as an external service provider.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes, contributing to the development of functional specifications and project documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct business model and business process analysis.
Perform business process modeling using standard notations (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Analyze functional requirements and business cases.
Support the preparation of business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.
Perform functional testing of implemented features.
Identify and analyze project risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders including analysts, business owners, developers, and end-users.
Participate in multilingual meetings and deliver high-level presentations.
Strong expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering.
Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools/techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams).
Solid understanding of BPMN or UML or equivalent frameworks.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Experience using tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Excellent communication and drafting skills in English.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Capacity to meet high-quality standards and deliver within deadlines.
