    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Automobile domain and application development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, gather and analyze requirements, manage Agile delivery processes, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions. Proficiency in SQL queries will be an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Work closely with Product Owners, Development, QA, and Project Management teams throughout the SDLC.
    • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement grooming sessions.
    • Create process flows, use cases, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
    • Manage and track requirements, user stories, defects, and sprint activities using Jira.
    • Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
    • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new business initiatives.
    • Participate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off activities.
    • Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and customer expectations.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills

    Business Analysis

    • Strong experience in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
    • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Experience creating user stories, workflows, business process models, and acceptance criteria.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

    Domain Expertise

    • Strong experience in the Automobile/Automotive industry.
    • Understanding of automotive software/application development projects.

    Preferred Skills

    • Working knowledge of SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
    • Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
    • Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

     

    Mandatory Skills: Automobile Domain, Business Analysis, Jira, Agile/Scrum, Application Development Lifecycle

     

    Good to Have: SQL Queries, API Understanding, Application development exp
