- Use advanced knowledge to identify needs of the business through understanding unit operations and broader enterprise context
- Evaluate effectiveness of coordinating stakeholders and team members to deliver strategic business initiatives
- Encourage team members to streamline efficiencies and drive productivity
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- At least 6 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years of experience in a role involving strategic consulting, or similar responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Deep knowledge and experience in technology organization
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across an organization to enable the execution of deliverables including management level presentations
- Proven project management experience including managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
- Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict across all levels, internal and external. Also capable of translating complex concepts to provide guidance on the execution of deliverables
- Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives
- Understanding of technology and technology transformations
