Job Description- Hold meetings with Business users, gather the business needs to transform them into functional requirements.
- Elaborate Project Charters to define the initial scope of the projects or enhancements.
- Prototype screens to model the expected behavior from the Business users.
- Write the requirement documents with flow charts.
- Review the test cases designed by the proper team, and sometimes, participate in the design of the test cases.
- Execute and analyze test cases for validation.
- Be self confident as to plan their own time to manage several requirements
- Work proactively with the off-shore team and propose alternatives to the current system behavior if required.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA preferrably in the Property and Casualty(P&C) Industry.
- Must have the Rating Experience
- Strong Organization and Communication skills.
- Good grasp of Technology and a good disposition to learn a complex multi state legacy system.
- Knowledge in Issuance and Treasury and Claims.
- Elaboration of key documentation to the project: charter, requirements, test cases.
- Solid SQL Skills preferrably in Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business users
- Experience in elaborating project charters, flow documents and screen prototyping.
- Self-motivated and willing to work independently with exquisite attention to detail.

Skills Required
