Position Type: Onsite
Contract Length: 6 months + possible extension
Position Overview:
The selected candidate will analyze complex policies, processes, and systems within a criminal justice environment to evaluate workflows, training needs, and service delivery, with the goal of improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. This role involves leading the implementation of new policies and systems while applying change management practices and coordinating strategic communication efforts.
Duties:
Analyze complex policies, processes, and computer systems to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Evaluate manual and automated workflows, staff workloads, and training needs to enhance service quality.
Research state laws, policies, and procedures in collaboration with legal, management, and staff stakeholders.
Lead the implementation of new or updated policies, business processes, and supporting technologies.
Apply organizational change management strategies focused on communication, stakeholder trust, and performance metrics.
Plan and coordinate outreach to customers and stakeholders to support new service rollouts and ongoing improvements.
Develop public-facing communication materials, including website content and other media, in coordination with public relations staff.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
