IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Business Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description Understand what the business does and how it does it
• Identify scope and get the requirements; Analyze business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows; Preparing business process maps and high-level work flows, methodology and business, workflow
• Meeting with clients individually and in JAD sessions to define detailed business requirements; Developing / documenting requirements in a Use Case, Functional Specification, Wireframes
• Identifying candidate business processes for redesign; Determine how to improve existing business process; Identifying modifications to automated processes
• Drives and uncovers large and complex requirements across systems and business domains. Understands the integration of processes across domains scope, charter, plans
• Ability to formulate concepts
• Communication of technical information to a non-technical audience; communication of business information to a technical audience
• Co-ordinate testing efforts with QA
Intermediate experience with ETL
- Intermediate experience with SCRUM
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint PREFERRED
