Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Salesforce Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making, leveraging Salesforce data to drive strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Build: Develop and maintain datasets, lenses, dashboards, and recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders.
- Automation & Efficiency: Implement best practices for data refresh schedules, security predicates, and recipe optimizations.
- Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, and other BI platforms, with experience in SAQL, SQL.
- Experience in creating and optimizing dataflows/recipes.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret data in a strategic context.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
- Background in business systems analysis or consulting.
Work Experience:
- Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
