Job Summary:

  • As a Business Analysis Specialist within the Corporate & Investment Bank, you will be part of the Digital Document Services group.
  • Your role will involve supporting a Cross Line of Business function which requires collecting procedural changes and providing training to impacted team members and stakeholders.
  • You will need to facilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for procedures.
  • This role requires a passion for AI/ML and a solid understanding of algorithms and the general functioning of AI.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and automate manual reporting processes using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain existing reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau or Python.
  • Understanding of data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to explain complex and technical concepts clearly with strong attention to detail.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in data analytics, with a focus on automating manual reporting processes a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial services functions, operations, and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments a plus
