Do you love figuring out how things work? Are you the person who naturally asks “Why do we do it this way?” and then immediately starts mapping out a better approach? If so, you might like our Business Analysis Internship.

This internship is all about exploring how different parts of the organization operate, translating workflows into clear visuals, and helping teams use tools like Asana more effectively. You’ll get hands‑on experience with real processes, real stakeholders, and real opportunities to make things run smoother.

What You’ll Do

  • Review existing processes and workflows to understand how work gets done across the organization. Translate those workflows into Asana projects that teams can actually use. Present your findings and recommendations on how to improve process use within Asana
  • Enhance our Vendor Tools spreadsheet by incorporating BA outputs to create visuals that show how different technologies fit into our ecosystem
  • Collaborate with business areas to learn how each department supports the insurance business
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss processes and create visual diagrams that bring workflows to life
  • Help clarify business needs for new ideas and process improvements, and support the creation of business cases
  • Participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and summarize key takeaways for documentation and follow‑up

What You Bring

  • Pursuing an Associate’s degree or higher
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to create clear documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and process diagrams
  • Solid time‑management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical thinking — you enjoy breaking down problems and identifying pain points

Why You’ll Love This Internship

You’ll get a front‑row seat to how business processes shape an organization — and you’ll help improve them. You’ll build skills in workflow mapping, stakeholder communication, documentation, and visual design, all while working with a supportive team that wants to see you grow.
