Join our dynamic Marketing Operations team as a Business Analyst (BA) and take your career to the next level. In this role, you will be at the forefront of data-promoten Operations Analytics working closely with diverse teams and contributing to business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills, learn, grow, and make a significant impact on our business.
As a Business Analyst in our Marketing Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of data-promoten Operations Analytics/Modeling. You will work closely with marketing execution and data teams to model staffing requirements, automate current resource processes, & develop requirements and/or produce reporting that provide end-to-end campaign analytics. Your responsibility will be to ensure that these products align with our business objectives and deliver actionable insights to support data-promoten decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to develop detailed modeling to support staffing requirements and pipeline analytics• Design and develop resource models and data visualization dashboards• Perform process & productivity analytics in support of resource modeling• Assists in transformation of working tools across the business documenting data/reporting requirements, sizing process efficiencies, & other analysis
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, or a related field• 5+ years of experience as a Finance/Data Analyst• Strong background in operational analytics• Experience with SQL and modeling tools (e.g., Python, SAS)• Strong understanding & experience with data analytics tools and techniques (Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake)• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Marketing Connect, Optima, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Axiom) • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI)
