About the role

Nous cherchons un Spécialiste organisationnel pour notre équipe grandissante!
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• Utiliser SAS pour des analyses statistiques avancées.
• Développer et maintenir des rapports et tableaux de bord avec Power BI et DAX.
• Automatiser les tâches répétitives à l'aide de VBA et Power Automate.
• Gérer et manipuler des bases de données avec SQL et MS Access.
• Analyser des données et créer des scripts en Python.
• Intégrer et gérer des données provenant de diverses sources avec Power Query.
• Gérer le contenu et les autorisations sur SharePoint Online.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour comprendre et répondre aux besoins en matière de données.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

• Diplôme en informatique, en mathématiques, en statistiques, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Maîtrise de  SQL, SAS, Python et MS Excel
• Maitrise de DAX,VBA,MS Access,Power Query, Power Automate ( un atout majeur)
• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
• Excellentes compétences de communication et de vulgarisation
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Bilingue (français et anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir régulièrement avec une clientèle et des collègues anglophones dans l'ensemble du pays.
• Aucune expérience de travail canadienne n’est requise, mais vous devez être éligible à travailler au Canada.
• Connaissance des opérations de l'indemnisation chez Intact (un atout majeur).
