Business Administrator, Lyra Recovery, a Lyra Technology Group company
Lyra Technology Group is looking for a Business Administrator to join our data breach team, Lyra Recovery. The Business Administrator is responsible for all reporting, invoicing and bookkeeping, providing accurate data to the C Suite. This position will report to the COO, engage with company leadership, and have broad exposure to this business unit.

Your work as the Business Administrator includes several components:
- Facilitate all monthly billing for Lyra Recovery, utilizing Hubspot, Business Central and other software as appropriate
- Own the invoicing process including communication with internal/external stakeholders and timeline management to ensure invoices are processed accurately on a bi-monthly basis
- Generate monthly reports for leadership team, including P&L
Our ideal Business Administrator has the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, billing and/or AP/AR functions
- Knowledge of relevant software, preferably Hubspot or Business Central
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
