We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Business Administrative Assistant, to handle a variety of personnel and business-related administrative duties. The candidate will offer his/her services at the company’s office in 15125 Maroussi (53, Samou str., Polydroson).
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Deliver secretarial and administrative tasks for the management and employees of the company;
- Provide administrative support to the International Business Development Department;
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms;
- Managing the daily agenda of meeting room reservations;
- Welcome guests - Provide general support to visitors and make arrangements;
- Planning and monitoring of shipments using courier services;
- Procure consumables and maintain in working order photocopiers and printers;
- Order office/kitchen supplies and manage relations with suppliers;
- Keep records, file documents;
- Replace the front desk clerk if unavailable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration studies or equivalent;
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral;
- Good Knowledge of French, German, Spanish or other European languages will be appreciated;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, use of Internet and social media;
- Experience between 3-5 years in a relevant position will be appreciated.
