Cloud Benefits Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Employee Benefits Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging communications that help employees understand and make the most of their workplace benefits. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience whilst working towards a level 3 qualification. 

Working week 

Monday - Friday 9-5pm with 1 hour break for lunch Fridays are work from home days all other days in the office

Wage 

£8.50 per hour 

Wage rises to National Minimum Wage after 12 months if over 19 years old. 

Qualification

Business Administration level 3 

Duration: 18 Months 

Training Provider: LMP Education

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of employee benefits communication campaigns throughout the year.
  • Assist in creating content for benefits platforms, intranet pages, emails, newsletters, presentations, and employee guides.
  • Help communicate information relating to pensions, healthcare and risk benefits and other voluntary employee benefits.
  • Support annual benefits enrolment and benefit launch campaigns.
  • Work with colleagues, providers, and external partners to ensure communications are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with maintaining content on benefits platforms and communication channels.
  • Help monitor employee engagement and communication effectiveness through reporting and feedback analysis.
  • Support employee events, webinars, and awareness campaigns promoting benefits and wellbeing.
  • Ensure communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with company brand guidelines

  • Experience using digital communication platforms or design tools.
