Eight Wealth Management is seeking a proactive Business Admin Assistant to join our welcoming and collaborative team. No prior experience is required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
About the Role
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our head office in Whiteley. You’ll play a key part in supporting our Partners and wider business teams with essential administrative tasks, including:
- Processing new and replacement business submissions
- Preparing professional client meeting packs
- Providing general admin support to our Business Services and Paraplanning teams

- Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Computer literate with proficient data entry skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems
