Role Overview1.As Business Account manager will be responsible to develop & onboard new corporate hospital at regional level.
2. Manage sales and marketing activities including organizing, developing, and maintaining a department capable of achieving the Company’s sales objectives in the different corporate accounts such as Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors.
3. Business account manager closely work with trade sales team to deliver overall company objectives.
4. Establish & maintain ongoing relationship with key accounts in the region to deliver sales objectives and brand visibility objectives.
5. Constantly explore opportunities to develop new business within assigned therapy area.
6. Meeting with key decision maker inside the hospitals like HOD, head of pharmacy & nursing.
Job Requirement- Education: B.Sc/B. Pharm/Bachelor’s in business management & MBA in Marketing
- Work Experience: Minimum 4 years continuous experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
- Experience of handling Chain Hospitals, Corporate and Govt Hospitals, Chain clinics/Dispensing doctors and managing corporate accounts.
- Experience of Planning business & brand visibility for corporate accounts such as Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors, and Pharmacies & Other any corporate accounts.
- Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position: Proficiency with MS Office in an NT/Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software.
•Ability to established proper sales and marketing strategy for Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors, and Pharmacies & Other any corporate accounts.
• Ability to engage in B2B discussions to help craft solutions based on an organization’s specific business needs.
• Ability to provide actionable solutions to stakeholders to drive value.
• Aligns cross-functional teams on key customer needs, account objectives, and the resulting plan of interaction with the key accounts.
• Considers financial drivers, market position, and other internal/external factors to guide customer and account decisions.
• Networks extensively in organization across functions and levels, assembling resources on behalf of the customer.
Roles & Responsibilities• Develop business account plans for Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors, and Pharmacies & Other any corporate accounts.
• Implement effectively strategic & tactical plans for corporate accounts such as Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors, and Pharmacies & Other any corporate accounts.
• Responsible for revenue generation in assigned all hospitals & chain clinics decided by the company in line with the short term and long-term goals of the organization.
• Increase Rx product range visibility, availability, merchandising and sales in all assigned hospitals accounts through effective implementation of marketing and tactical plans.
• Cross function collaboration with sales trade team, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Distribution, Supply Chain & other teams.
• Ensure effective communication and prompt feedback to the marketing team on the promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP’s and company policies and practices.
• Responsible for taking approval, preparing, reviewing, monitoring, renewing all marketing, sales, and supply agreements (Or any other mode as per SOP and pre-approval) for all hospitals accounts as per company policy in coordination with all cross functions departments.
• Participate in personal development and training sessions.
• Identify decision making unit in the specific accounts and use influencing capabilities in helping the decision-making process by key stake holders.
• Analyze competition product usage, activities at accounts and monitor the same on monthly basis.
