About Product:Sportsbook:
The SOFTSWISS Sportsbook team builds a platform that lets operators launch and manage sports betting businesses in regulated markets around the world.
You'll work on the systems behind betting operations, market management, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, solving technical and business problems alongside people with deep expertise in trading, risk management, and regulated industries.
Purpose of the role:You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of sportsbook operators to increase revenue, improve product adoption, and enhance the overall operator experience.
Your work will impact operator satisfaction, platform performance, and commercial growth by aligning business needs with technical capabilities and delivering strategic recommendations.
Manage a portfolio of B2B sportsbook operators, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring daily operational excellence
Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating operator requests and communicating updates clearly and efficiently
Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
Conduct regular operator performance reviews and platform audits, recommending product updates and promotional strategies
Track and analyse operator KPIs to suggest revenue-boosting opportunities and strategic betting events
Handle contract renewals, upsell additional features, and negotiate commercial terms to drive business growth
Ensure timely and accurate monthly invoicing, reporting, and compliance with internal and market regulations
Fluent in English (B2+) and Russian (B2), written and spoken
Minimum 2 years in account management, customer success, or business development in iGaming, sportsbook, or B2B SaaS
Proven experience managing multiple B2B clients or operators
Solid knowledge of sportsbook operations, betting markets, and industry trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillExperience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and KPI-based decision-making
Experience with upselling and revenue growth strategies
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse operator performance and take proactive action
Familiarity with internal workflows across TAMs, product, and sales team
Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish or German is a plus

Skills Required
