As a Business Account Executive, Wireless, you will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing business wireless accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities within the C Spire wireless footprint. This position requires a driven, strategic sales professional who excels in both customer relationship management and new account development, ensuring each interaction delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

  • Drive business wireless sales, retention, and customer experience initiatives with assigned accounts while maintaining a strong focus on new activations.

  • Proactively cultivate and reinforce relationships with assigned business customers to maximize retention and minimize churn.

  • Actively pursue growth opportunities by identifying and acquiring new business wireless customers.

  • Manage a hybrid role focused equally on account retention and new business generation.

  • Identify customer pain points and implement solutions to ensure C Spire remains the easiest company to do business with in the wireless industry.

  • Meet and exceed assigned targets associated with wireless business customer growth, profitability, and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Partner with leadership to identify and pursue strategic account opportunities within designated territories.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

In addition to that, we require:

  • Proven sales experience, including consistent quota attainment and appointment-setting skills.

  • At least three years of relevant business experience in sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to build, foster, and maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required by business needs.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

  • A college degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Prior outside B2B sales experience in wireless or telecommunications.

  • Experience working with CRM tools and account management platforms.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Extensive travel required. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
