Role Purpose
Assist the Office Manager with accurate paperwork, general ledger reconciliation, and daily accounting processes while helping ensure smooth office operations when upper management is unavailable.
What You’ll Do
- Complete daily paperwork and prepare reports for senior management
- Post daily sales deliveries in the DMS
- Prepare daily DOC entries and maintain general ledger schedules
- Complete weekly and monthly reconciliations for assigned accounts
- Post and record funding notices for contracts in transit
- Prepare assigned monthly reports, including those for FST meetings
- Ensure all accounting policies and procedures are followed
- Support additional office and accounting tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of automotive accounting experience preferred
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge, including dealership systems and Excel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and deadline-driven
- Comfortable stepping in to support office operations when needed
