We’re looking for a Builders Sales Representative to drive growth within a defined territory by partnering with residential builders and delivering high-quality, turn-key stone veneer and masonry solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Territory Growth: Own and deliver on revenue goals by generating new business and expanding relationships with residential (and occasional commercial) builders
- Build Lasting Partnerships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers that lead to repeat business and sustained growth
- Grow Market Share: Identify new opportunities, actively prospect, and position our turn-key stone solutions to win projects
- Deliver Results: Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and financial goals while ensuring profitable growth
- Execute Strategy: Align with regional sales goals and initiatives while continuously developing your pipeline and territory plan
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with estimating, order entry, installation teams, and national/commercial sales to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Lead with Integrity: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and doing business the right way
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience within the construction, building materials, or remodeling industry is a strong plus
- Knowledge of the residential builder market is highly preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
- Regular travel within your territory to meet with builders and clients
- Time spent on active construction sites and new residential developments
- Outdoor work in varying conditions as part of an outside sales role
- Occasional lifting of product samples (up to 20 lbs)

The US average base salary for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 + sales incentive + auto allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
