A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Build Program Manager reporting to the Executive Manager, Build.
A bit about your role
The Build Program Manager is responsible and accountable for leading, governing, and delivering nbn’s Fixed Wireless construction programs across both brownfield and greenfield environments. The role oversees end‑to‑end planning, execution, cost control, HS&E performance, and risk management, while also managing senior government stakeholders and ensuring strong governance, compliance, and predictable delivery outcomes through internal teams and delivery partners.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings strong program governance, commercial discipline, and people‑leadership capability. They excel in managing complex stakeholder environments — including RDE, government relations, and direct engagement with state and federal stakeholders — ensuring all parties remain aligned throughout the construction lifecycle, delivery‑partner coordination, and schedule risks. With deep experience across multiple build programs, including upgrades to existing infrastructure like mobile network deployments, they demonstrate strong cross‑functional collaboration, quality assurance, communication, and the ability to operate effectively in both brownfield and greenfield environments.
