Job Summary:
As a Mobile Build Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the build and release infrastructure for casual mobile games. Working closely with internal teams and global partners, you will drive the development and maintenance of scalable CI/CD pipelines, tools, and best practices. Your work will ensure that games are delivered with high quality, speed, and reliability across Android and iOS platforms. You will also collaborate with architects and developers to foster a culture of continuous integration, automated testing, and efficient deployment practices.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for mobile application builds.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver efficient build and release processes.

• Integrate quality gates such as static analysis tools, test automation, and device farm solutions.

• Manage signing certificates, provisioning profiles, and deployment to stores such as TestFlight and App Center.

• Work closely with engineers to ensure alignment between development pipelines and business needs.

• Promote a unified publishing ecosystem with tools and processes spanning repository to store.

• Support development efforts across Android Studio, Xcode, and Unity.

• Ensure security and performance through scalable cloud infrastructure integrations (GCP, AWS, Azure).

• Provide documentation and communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.

• Experience shipping multiple mobile applications to Google Play and Apple App Store.

• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle, including Agile methodologies.

Role-specific Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application build engineering for Android and iOS.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jenkins setup, job configuration, and cloud-based CI/CD management.

• Proven experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and automation.

• Expertise in managing code and asset repositories, signing workflows, and release tooling.
