In Regeneron’s BuiLD (Business Leadership Development) Program, you’ll get broad exposure to key areas of our business through exciting and meaningful cross-functional rotations. Within this small, highly selective program you will choose three, 9-month rotations where you will cultivate your skills while meeting Regeneron’s business needs. The BuiLD program is sponsored by a Board of Governance comprised of senior leaders within the company that provide oversight and mentorship to the associates.
Program rotations will be tailored to your interests and career goals and can include Business Development, Corporate Strategy, US and Global Brand Marketing, Market Access, New Products, Finance, Strategic Alliances, Clinical Development and the Regeneron Genetics Center. Along the way, you will work with some of our top business leaders addressing critical business questions. At the conclusion of the program, successful BuiLD associates will transition into functional roles within the business.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be an MBA candidate from a top program with an expected graduation in Spring/Summer 2023. Experience in the healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry and an undergraduate degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
