The BuiLD MBA program is an intensive, interdisciplinary program for graduating MBA candidates. The program consists of mentorship by Regeneron leaders and experience in leading projects in a variety of roles throughout Regeneron.
This unique program provides participants with depth and breadth of experience throughout a variety of teams within Regeneron. Throughout the program, participants will acquire technical and non-technical skills through diverse training, cross-functional experiences, and ongoing mentorship. Assignments in this 2+-year development program will expose candidates to critical issues and decision-making processes and acquire high-level knowledge of the business and department operations, as well as gain hands-on work experience in different areas.
The program is comprised of 27-month rotational experiences within a variety of functions including Corporate Strategy, New Products, Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Operations and Market Access. Each of the 9 month rotations is tailored to cultivate the Associate’s skills while meeting Regeneron’s business needs.
This role might be for you if:
MBA degree with strong academic performance; Bachelors within a science related degreed program preferred
3+ years professional experience; Strong preference for previous work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or relevant experience in management consulting, financial services or public/private investing
Self-Starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
