The Buick/GMC incentives analyst is responsible for partnering with the retail planning team to develop and seek approval of incentive proposals in support of sales and profitability targets. We seek innovative approaches to structuring customer offers and presenting options/recommendations to SSM Finance leadership. The ideal candidate will possess financial acumen, comfort with ambiguity, strong interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive results. This Finance position is critical for the business and is a great opportunity to experience a unique financial assignment.
Responsibilities • Maximize efficiency of incentive spend across portfolio and accurately forecast/accrue incentives tactics in market • Support Buick/GMC retail planning team to achieve strategic sales targets and maximize profitability • Develop solutions to combat competitive threats to Buick/GMC portfolio and share targets • Work cross-functionally to streamline and improve productivity, implement change, and enhance profitability for the vehicle portfolio

Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the - Global HQ Warren Mi three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
