Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the IS budget team.
- Gain knowledge and experience in using Oracle ERP and Fusion, our SOW and POR applications and others programs such as Tableau.
- Collaborate with and learn about the following departments Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Finance and across the entire IS department and with our vendors
- Support the preparation of reports, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.
- Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies
- Gain exposure and knowledge on department & supporting department functionalities
- Develop positive professional relationships across departments
- Complete special projects as assigned by your manager
- Complete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives

- 20-30 hours per week 18 week internship from Mid January to May
- Location - Remote or Hybrid onsite in Keene, NH
We’re searching for interns that are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program from an accredited university
- In good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or better
- Junior or Senior standing at the time of the internship
- Currently majoring in finance, data science, data analytics preferred
- Proficient with Google’s suite of products preferred
- Proficient with Excel or Sheets preferred
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to think outside of the box and solve problems
- Able to work both with a team and be independently successfully
- Able to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
