Position title: Budget Analyst (Senior)
Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope: Drive budget execution for a special operations command.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Execute budget formulation, execution, and analysis.
- Track commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
- Prepare spending plans and execution reports.
- Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support midyear/year-end closeout; advise on funds availability and reprogramming.
- 8+ years in budget formulation/execution/analysis.
- Proficiency with DAI and DoD financial systems; advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors in finance/accounting/business; USMC/SOF comptroller background.

- 8+ years in budget formulation, execution, and analysis
- Proficiency with DAI and DoD financial systems
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Active Secret security clearance
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
- USMC or Special Operations Forces comptroller background
