Why this role is important to us
As a team of Software Engineers who develop and maintain a portfolio of SimCorp One Standard solutions, we are looking for a colleague to further enhance our capabilities. We are working with Standards in areas of: Performance, Risk, Compliance, Portfolio Management and Trade Execution. Our main goal is to contribute to the overall landscape of SimCorp One Standards with product mindset and refined solutions that serve SimCorp clients globally. To ensure that, we are part of a broader collaboration with Product Management, Standard Guilds, SimCorp One Value Stream, and implementation projects driven by Consulting. We expect the candidate to be able to take responsibility for different kinds of Standard configuration.
What you will be responsible for :
Designing, Developing and Maintaining portfolio of Standard configuration
Designing complex solutions and solving technical issues
Working with Standard Guilds to refine new features
Collaborating with Value Stream teams and Consulting teams for building end to end solutions
Constantly learning and developing yourself, the team and our product
Collaborate with colleagues to use collective knowledge sharing and efficient problem resolution
What we value:
Broad SimCorp Dimension knowledge and implementation experience
Experience with Standard Platform Framework or SimCorp One WoW
In-depth knowledge in at least two of the following domains: Performance and Risk, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Trade Execution
Proficient problem solving skills
Dedicated belief in standardization and best practice concepts
Proficient collaboration skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Agile principles and experience in being part of an Agile team is an advantage
Personal qualities: motivated, collaborative, well-organized, eager to learn, consistent, with high-quality mindset and good presentation skills, commercial awareness and customer orientation
