Job Description SummaryAs the Frame Agreement Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading the negotiation, maintenance, and seamless execution of Frame Agreements across Vernova business units. This includes current agreements between ESW and Gas Power, Steam, and Hydro, as well as expansion into additional business units.
You’ll lead a small, agile team focused on creating standardized scopes of work across various opportunity types—maximizing value for both our customers and internal stakeholders. Success will be measured both quantitatively (e.g., increased attach rates and order volume) and qualitatively (e.g., stakeholder satisfaction and operational efficiency).

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

    Frame Agreement & Commercial Management

    • Lead annual negotiations and updates of Frame Agreements.
    • Manage sub-documents such as New Unit Commercial Guidance Documents and TX/CSA Software Exhibits.
    • Set up and manage supplementary pricing arrangements (e.g., NU CGD, Aero segmentation).
    • Adjust pricing in collaboration with GP/BUs based on opportunities and manage approval processes.
    • Negotiate and close large-scale deals that deliver mutual value for GE partners and clients.

    Go-to-Market Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Orchestrate and educate internal and external stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans.
    • Assist BUs (especially GP) in providing customer clarity and value understanding for baseline packages.
    • Build supporting materials beyond proposals to enable GP and other BU teams.
    • Provide customer-facing support when needed to reinforce the value proposition.
    • Influence at the EB+ level across BUs to ensure alignment and success.

    Strategic Leadership & Business Planning

    • Collaborate with assigned GE Vernova Business Units (BU) to build business plans that support the development of a world-class GE Vernova.
    • Influence business strategic direction using industry and market insights.
    • Define and evolve standard software packages for inclusion with GP and other BUs.
    • Develop, negotiate, and publish key targets for revenue, orders, and joint business metrics for flow deals (NU CSA).
    • Ensure accountability for meeting or exceeding published targets.

    Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Recruit, manage, and develop a small, high-performing team to support strategic alliances.
    • Drive cross-functional and cross-business collaboration.
    • Provide exceptional leadership and champion the Vernova Way—especially the principle of One Team.

    Future Growth & Innovation

    • Expand flow deal quoting with strategic partners (e.g., AWS, Accenture, EY).
    • Identify opportunities to scale standardized scopes across new business units.

    Required Qualifications

    • Approx Bachelor's Degree with +~10 years of experience in the STEM space

    The base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $200,,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Friday, October 24th.The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.Healthcare benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, access to a Health Coach, a 24/7 nurse-based resource; and access to the Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling, and referral services.
