QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum requirements in terms of experience and background, skills and competencies for sourcing purposes)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred, or with other equivalent certifications (CMA, CFC, and etc.)
- With ten (10) years or more of experience in financial reporting, FP&A/FBP and taxation, inclusive of five (5) years in a managerial capacity
- Finance & Accounting Knowledge: A strong background in accounting and finance is essential. The FBP should have a deep understanding of E2E finance processes, accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Familiarity with IFRS 9 is a strong plus.
