Core One is seeking a Battle Staff Logistics Specialist to support the program. This position requires an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- BST Logistics Specialist (1 FTE). The BST Logistics Specialist. The BST Logistics Specialist shall lead the development of scripting of logistics products in support of operational vignettes and provide academic instruction in the BST Program that coach, mentor, and train Marine Special Operation Company (MSOC), Special Operations Task Forces (SOTF) and Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF) Commanders and staffs.
- The BST Logistics Specialist shall support the development of scripting operational vignettes tailored to current and future logistical requirement for Special Operations Forces that align to Joint Force integration and interoperability.
- Identify and integrate internal and external logistics and material readiness that supports BST exercises and operational plans involving MARSOC major subordinate organizations.
- Integrate technical and functional contributions of logistics planners, transportation specialists, and general logistics specialists that provide coherent, integrated and timely logistics support and sustainment for MARSOC personnel and equipment. Analyze current exercise support plans for logistics supportability and based on priorities, recommend allocation and/or reallocation of resources.
- Analyzes and interprets USSOCOM, USMC, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and other Services logistics regulations, directives, technical and doctrinal publications. Evaluates applicability of these documents for MARSOC’s major subordinate commands in training/exercise units
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Logistics Officer/Chief, Supply Officer/Chief.
- Working knowledge of Global Combat Support System (GCSS), Marine Corps, Transportation Capacity Planning Tool (TCPT), and Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUS-E).
- Experience in SOF and Joint supply chain management and material readiness processes, policies, programs, and information systems
- Knowledge of acquisition planning, contract administration and termination techniques.
- Knowledge of Federal, departmental, command or agency, and local contract laws, regulations and procedures applicable to the acquisition and contract administration of supplies and services.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility
- Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Preferred/Additional Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working multi-domain and system of systems integration
- Experience as a military instructor and additional training as a digital master gunner, battle staff operations, simulation operations, or in command post operations.
- Experience with Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Force Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) Joint Capabilities Release (JCR), Force Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) Joint Battle Command – Platform (JBC-P), or Tactical Mission Command (TMC) servers.
- Work experience in planning, development, and execution of a Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) accredited or service level exercise program.
- Experience working with Theater Special Operations Commands Logistics.
