BSS Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect

You will join Verisure at a key moment in our transformation journey. As a BSS Solution / Enterprise Architect, you will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and governance, helping shape how solutions are designed and delivered across the organization.

You will work in an evolving environment where governance, principles, and ways of working are being actively shaped to support a growing public company. Your impact will be real, visible, and cross-functional.

You will collaborate closely with architects, platform leads, PMO, product owners, security, and business stakeholders across multiple countries.
 

• Participate in discovery and analysis phases of new initiatives, products, and systems
• Design end-to-end solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Act as a mediator between business and technical teams to align architectural decisions
• Support technology selection and drive prototypes when needed
• Create and evolve architecture assets such as principles, patterns, reference architectures, and blueprints
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and architecture governance
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term structural improvements
• Support teams by filling architectural gaps that no one else can cover
 

• 10+ years of experience in IT, architecture, solution design, or engineering
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role
• Experience designing complex, end-to-end architectures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and influence without formal authority
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, enterprise platforms, and distributed systems
• Comfort working in environments with change, ambiguity, and evolving governance
• Professional fluency in English

• Architecture frameworks such as TM Forum, TOGAF, or ArchiMate
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Event-driven and microservices-based architectures
• Experience from telecom, utilities, insurance, or banking
• Interest in data governance, analytics, AI, or automation

Is this a pure technical or coding role?
No. This is an architectural role focused on analysis, design, alignment, and enablement. You should be hands-on enough to dive into details when needed, but coding is not the main responsibility.

Is the architecture already defined?
No. You will join an organization actively shaping its architecture, governance, principles, and ways of working.

Will I work on one project or many?
Many. You will typically support several initiatives in parallel, with varying scope and depth.

Is this a management role?
No. This is an individual contributor role with strong influence but no direct reports.
