We are currently seeking a BSA Analyst join our Compliance team. This role is an integral part of Emprise Bank’s Compliance department by supporting the BSA capability and process administration. This role is eligible to be located in Wichita, KS, Omaha, NE, Kansas City, MO, St. Louis, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Dallas, TX, or Austin, TX.

Essential functions of the role:
- Investigate alerts from AML monitoring system and analyze activity as needed to determine if inquiries/investigations are warranted
- Conduct research into accounts and document findings
- Analyze new accounts and customer profile updates against OFAC lists and escalate potential matches to reviewer
- Identify and mitigate potential risks against the Bank and assist in supporting BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP
- Inspect CTRs completed by branch personnel for accuracy and review daily currency reports to ensure CTRs have been completed for reportable transactions
- Complete and file SARs ensuring proper documentation with related narrative
- Maintain proficient knowledge of rules and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriotic Act, and OFAC
- Assist with BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP training presentations and exercises
- Other duties assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

The history of Emprise Bank began in 1910 with the formation of Stockyards National Bank. By setting a higher standard of service for Wichita’s banking customers, the Bank was destined for success from its very first transaction.
In 1965, the Michaelis family acquired Stockyards National Bank, which changed its name to United American Bank & Trust in the early 1970s. Over the next 25 years, the Michaelis family acquired banks and opened locations in communities across Kansas including Council Grove, Eureka, Hays, Hillsboro, Iola, Moran, Potwin, and Toronto. They also acquired the National Bank of Wichita and Wichita State Bank. In 1989, the three Wichita banks merged under the name of Emprise Bank.
