Meet our Team
Hitachi Digital Services Japan, which is the HDS’s Japan country office, is strengthening its offshore engineering services leveraging development centers in Vietnam and India, building a global delivery structure that combines high quality and cost competitiveness.
What you’ll be doing
The BrSE/PM plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between Japanese clients and the development team. This role will bridge communication between Japanese customers and offshore delivery teams, analyze business and system requirements, and support the overall project lifecycle.
What you bring to the team
Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a bridging role between customers and development teams (BrSE, Project Manager, or a similar position).
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher.
Strong communication skills in English or Vietnamese for collaboration with offshore teams.
Prior experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise clients.
Solid understanding of Software Development Processes and Object-Oriented Programming.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated, with a strong eagerness to learn in business domains, software engineering, and languages.
Hands-on experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, workflow diagrams, and use cases.
