Position description: CLUSTER MANAGER
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop an effective agency channel for the assigned territory .
- Identify & tie up with potential Motor Dealers/Sub dealers and start business with them.
- Develop relationship with tie up Bank employees ,Train &motivate them to do business & achieve targets .Ensuring Recruitment of intermediaries through Smart Officers .
- Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line as per budget.
- Should co-ordinate with Underwriters,HR,IT & operations team to manage a smooth function of smart offices.
Educational qualifications preferred
- Category: Graduate/Post graduate/MBA/PGDBM
Salary Range: 700000-1600000
