Primary Responsibilities:
- Comprehending the unit policies and procedures to process and maintain complex Producer commission payment records while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity
- Processing complex types of commission payment transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to both producers and customers
- Generate written responses to telephonic inquiries - Respond in writing to complex customer/producer inquiries
- Access supporting systems for information - Demonstrate strong data entry skills and proficiency use of a PC. Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases
- Processing complex administrative tasks
- Assist in development and maintenance of policy and procedure manuals
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Bachelor's Degree in any specialization (Excluding B.E , B. Tech, B Pharma , M Pharma & Pursuing /Results Awaited in Graduation)
- 1+ months of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ months of international experience voice process
- Customer Service Experience
- Sales or account management experience
- Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
- Social work, behavioral health, disease prevention, health promotion and behavior change (working with vulnerable populations)
- Comfortable working in Night Shift and work from office
