The Integrated Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of integrated acquisition marketing initiatives for T-Mobile’s Home Internet portfolio, including Fiber and 5G Home Internet. This role helps translate marketing strategy, product priorities, audience insights, and campaign messaging plans into coordinated marketing programs across paid, owned, earned, retail, and digital channels. The Manager works collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and strong execution across the consumer experience. By leveraging market data, customer insights, and campaign performance, this role identifies opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, increase audience engagement, and support commercial and brand objectives. This is a highly cross-functional role for a marketer who can manage complex workstreams, drive alignment across teams, and help bring integrated campaigns to market with clarity and consistency.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support development and execution of integrated Broadband acquisition marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, product priorities, messaging frameworks, and T-Mobile brand strategy.
  • Translate marketing strategy, audience insights, product positioning, and go-to-market priorities into campaign briefs, messaging inputs, timelines, launch plans, and partner-ready executional guidance.
  • Ensure consumer-facing campaign outputs across channels are cohesive, accurate, brand-aligned, and consistent with approved messaging, offer details, product positioning, and acquisition objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional campaign workstreams across creative, retail, digital, web, PR, and channel partners to ensure plans move from brief through launch on time and with clear accountability.
  • Monitor campaign performance, market data, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities to improve message consistency, campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and future planning.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business plus 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience, or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • 4+ years Marketing experience in authoring and executing national integrated marketing plans with recognized B2C brands
  • Less than 2 years Delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution
  • Solid understanding of digital brand marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc.
  • Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is essential
  • Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc.
  • Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods with frequent C-Level presentations
  • Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $101,430 - $183,080

National Base Pay Range: $88,200 - $159,200

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
